Delicious, balanced and very elegant, today’s 2007 Cougar Crest Cabernet Sauvignon was the bright star of our recent tasting. The wine really delighted our entire tasting panel.

This delicious wine is balanced, elegant and complex, with earthiness and bright fruit that are harmonized in perfectly even proportion.

We don’t feature many Washington state wines. Perhaps this is because we are so spoiled with our superb California wines available in our own backyard. For today’s wine, we went far afield - and boy are we glad! Today’s Washington gem is a true delight.
